Membership in the American Legion for 2027 started on July 1. Your current membership remains valid until December 31, 2026. Renewing your membership now helps your local Post reach membership targets. You can renew online, by mail, or in person.
Your membership in our local American Legion Post 379 allows us to better serve our community. In the past year, we have donated to the Special Olympics, the American Legion County Baseball teams, the local Lions Club, scouting, food drives, and the Walk to School program for the local Brockport Elementary and High School. We honor our fallen heroes with Wreaths Across America and ceremonies on Memorial Day, Flag Day, and Veterans Day.
On the national level, the American Legion fights for veterans’ benefits. If you are a veteran, you belong in the American Legion. If you know of a veteran, please encourage them to join. Veterans helping veterans strengthens our communities and America.
