Alison Arngrim at Fringe Festival
Fans worldwide still remember Alison Arngrim as hateful Nellie Oleson appearing for seven years on TV’s Little House on the Prairie. Arngrim has gone on to successes in many arenas, but Nellie has remained a centerpiece of her public acclaim. Alison says, “Even now strangers sometimes shy away from me until they realize that I’m not going to hurt them.”
In her one woman show, that has been based on critically acclaimed memoir and touring internationally, audiences have come to expect the unexpected and more than a little Nellie Oleson-style wickedness on this hilarious ride through the twisted heartland of America.
Arngrim will bring her show “Confessions…” to the Fringe Festival at School of the Arts: Ensemble Theatre, 45 Prince Street, Rochester on September 20 at 7 p.m.; September 21 at 6:15 p.m. and September 22 at 7 p.m. Tickets are $20 and available by calling 585-957-9837 or visiting https://www.rochesterfringe.com/tickets-and-shows?keyword=alison.
