CNB announces Assistant Vice President promotions

Canandaigua National Bank & Trust (CNB) has promoted Ashley D’Agostino, Joan Grambo, Jamie Marano, Mike Martin Sheryl Pelow, and Matt Sorce to Assistant Vice President.  

Ashley D’Agostino, Financial Advisor, has been with CNB since 2019.  D’Agostino acquired her Chartered Financial Consultant® (ChFC®) designation in 2021.  She is on the CNB Wealth Retail Team, serving the Canandaigua, Bloomfield, Farmington, and Geneva Community Offices.

Joan Grambo, Appraisal Review Manager, started at CNB in 2012 and spent several years as a Credit Analyst before being promoted to Appraisal Review Manager is April of 2021.     

Jamie Marano, Digital Services Product Manager, began her tenure with CNB in 1995 as Summer Operations Clerk.  She spent time as a Teller at the Lakeshore Community Office, and then worked in Retail Training.  Marano transferred to Product Management as a Product Management Associate in 2015.  She was promoted to Digital Services Product Manager in 2020.

Mike Martin, Credit Review Manager, joined CNB in 2007 as a float teller before moving to the Call Center and Help Desk area.  Martin transferred to the Credit Risk Group in 2010 as a Credit Analyst. 

Sheryl Pelow, Credit Risk Operations Manager, started her career at CNB in 2005 as a Service Manager at the Perinton Community Office. She moved to the Credit Risk group in 2010 and spent several years as a Credit Analyst and Portfolio Credit Risk Analyst before being promoted to Credit Risk Operations Manager in March of 2021. 

Matt Sorce, CFP®, Wealth Advisor, started at CNB in 2015 as a Teller. He transferred to Wealth Management as a Wealth Associate and was promoted to Wealth Advisor in 2019.
