April 13-16 in Hilton
The Hilton Area Swim Team (HAST) is offering a free trial for beginning and advanced swimmers aged 6 to 18 who want to try club swimming. Trials will be held April 13-16 from 5:15 to 6 p.m. each evening. Registration is required. Participants must be able to swim independently without flotation devices, be comfortable with deep-end swimming, and be able to put their faces in the water.
HAST places emphasis on teaching proper technique while maintaining a fun, yet challenging, environment. Participants can experience being part of a team and learn how to increase speed and strength for competitive swimming.
