On August 11, Matt Gomez was recognized for 30 years of service at the Brockport McDonald’s, located at 6500 Brockport-Spencerport Road.
A familiar face behind the scenes, Gomez works in restaurant maintenance and is known by colleagues for his incredible work ethic, great attitude, sense of humor, and the respect he shows everyone around him.
When asked what has kept him at McDonald’s for three decades, Gomez pointed to the great people he works with and the amazing customers.
To mark the occasion, restaurant employees and Owner/Operator Louis Buono Jr. surprised Gomez with a cake, balloons, gifts, and a commemorative 30-year service pin. Grimace also made a special appearance to help celebrate the milestone and honor Gomez’s dedication to the Brockport restaurant and its community.
