There are many fun, low-cost activities for seniors at the Sweden/Clarkson Community Center, 4927 Lake Road, Brockport.
Euchre tournaments include prizes and lunch on the following dates: March 21, April 25, and May 23. Bingo on March 16, April 20, and May 18 also includes prizes. Chair Volleyball meets on Tuesdays from 1 to 2 p.m. Weekly Euchre is held on Mondays from noon to 2 pm. Beginner line dancing meets on Wednesdays 9:30 to 11 a.m. and Tai Chi on Mondays and Fridays at 1 pm. Open walking is Monday through Friday from 8:45 to 9:45 a.m. Open Dominos is held on Thursdays from noon to 2 p.m. Taiji & Qigong for Health is offered on Wednesdays from 11 a.m. to noon.
A full schedule of SilverSneakers classes and pickleball are offered. Learn to Use Your Cell Phone, Financial Planning Classes, a Community Garage Sale, and two trips (Lilac Festival and STOMP) are also on the schedule.
