•Blaszak, Freddy M., June 22, 2014 at age 69. Predeceased by his parents, Fred and Pernita; brother, Roger. Survived by his son, Edward; daughter, Barbara (Henry) Hoak; dear life long friend, Helen Blaszak (Haefner); grandchildren, Elizabeth, Rachel and Rebekah Hoak and Brooke Blaszak and Cassandra Pierce; great-grandchildren, Braiden and Onileigh.
A Celebration of his Life was held July 1 at the Bergen Rod and Gun Club. Contributions can be made to Hospice Visiting Nurse Service of Rochester in his memory.
