•Weber, Jane F. (Farrell), Hilton: Passed from the earth peacefully on July 14, 2015 at age 92. Predeceased by her husband, Hubert, 1992. Survived by her children, Linda (Bob) Annlot and Robert (Rebecca) Weber; her sister, Marjorie Troy; 5 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren; her sisters-in-law, Beverly Farrell, Rose Farrell and Patricia Weber; many loving nieces and nephews.
The family would like to thank the staff at the Emeritus at the Landing of Brockport and Baird Nursing Home for their excellent care given to Jane.
No prior calling. A Funeral Mass will be held SATURDAY July 18, 2015 at 11AM at St. Mark’s Church, followed by Interment Parma Union Cemetery. Those wishing may offer Masses or Memorials to St. Mark’s Church, 57 Kuhn Rd., Rochester 14612 in her memory.
