Brockport: Tuesday, August 2, 2016 at age 86. Predeceased by her husband, LaVerne and son-in-law, Wayne Phaiah. Survived by her children, Karen Phaiah, Thomas (Kathy) Hoertz and Glenn (Alice) Hoertz; 9 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; and 2 great-great-grandchildren; brothers, William (Betty) and Jerry (Barbara) Belecz.
